Hi, I am Erin, founder of Yoga Dia. I am a certified 500 Hours Yoga Instructor specializing in Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga. In addition I am a certified Rasamaya and Booty Barre instructor. I take a holistic and gentle approach to my classes. Pulling from my Yoga training, and studies of Ayurveda, I create a unique class experience.
